Robin King教授也是诸多国际动画竞赛和奖项的评委，为推动国际间动画、数字媒体教育的交流做出巨大贡献。他的学生遍布国际顶级动画公司，如工业光魔 （Industrial Light and Magic）、 皮克斯 （Pixar）、艺电 （Electronic Arts)、育碧（Ubisoft）、迪斯尼（Disney）、 索尼影像（Sony Pictures Imageworks）、梦工场（Dreamworks）等,并有多人获得奥斯卡奖或提名。

IDD 是一个以北美课程及外教教学为主，教授国际先进的制作理念和流程，以国际化大公司的入职标准培养学员的美国学校。
2007年IDD成功选拔和按照国际标准开始培养中国ATAP国际专业动画/特效/数字合成师，Mindwalk、香港意马（IMAGI）、BASE F/X等企业均已给出录用意向名单，其中BASE FX已经与6名学员完成签约，４名学员已经到香港意马上班。另有两名学员去加拿大的谢尔丹学院继续深造，还有去了美国好莱坞实习，其余剩下的6名学员都被国内一流公司入取。
而且IDD国际动画教育采取小班授课，增进了老师与学员之间的交流和互动。

另一位主讲Shuzo Shiota先生，于1999年加入Polygon Pictures公司，带领员工从一间工作室成功转型为提供全方位动画服务的公司。作为日本著名的CG制作公司，Polygon目前拥有超过140名艺术家，凭借着卓越的动画制作技能和高效的制作流程在全球范围的同领域中有着很高的声誉，是日本最大的3D与CG制作公司。
